The contract is a non exclusive framework agreement with economic operator(s) to provide seismic data processing and reprocessing services to Chevron Romania Exploration and Production SRL and affiliated companies, including but not limited to Chevron Polska Energy Resources SP ZOO (hereinafter referred to as "company") for land-based exploration and production activities in Europe. Company will use the award criteria as stated in the framework agreement invitation to tender. Company's preferred outcome would be to award frame work agreement(s) to economic operator(s) who are capable of delivering all the required services.

As and when seismic data processing and/or reprocessing services are required by company, the scope of work will be identified and communicated in writing by company to all economic operator(s) successfully awarded a framework agreement. Thereafter, company will hold mini competitions with the framework agreement holders capable of meeting company's needs and call-off contracts against the framework agreement will be awarded to the provider offering the most economically and technically advantageous offer.

Company will only consider operators with the technical ability and demonstrated experience necessary to perform 2D and 3D land seismic processing and reprocessing programs European countries including, but not limited to Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope:

Economic operators must be able to provide as a minimum:

— 2D and 3D land seismic data processing system, fully equipped with state-of-the-art computer hardware and processing software, and personnel with appropriate skills and experience,

— Proven experience and demonstrated track record in the processing of single component or 3C land seismic data acquired with explosive sources or Vibroseis sources with data supplied in either correlated or uncorrelated form,

— Proven experience and demonstrated track record in the derivation and application of statics solutions with spatially variable weathering velocities.

Economic operator(s) must be able to demonstrate ability to provide technically well-qualified key personnel with English language fluency.

The processing work scope will include, but not be limited to the following:

— Input field data in SEGD format,

— Geometry check and QC,

— Noisy trace and spike edits,

— Conversion to minimum phase,

— Rotation to radial and transverse for 3C data,

— First break picking, refraction statics derivation and application,

— Multiple passes of coherent and random noise attenuation in multiple domains,

— Multiple passes of surface consistent residual statics derivation and application,

— Multiple passes of velocity analysis – discrete and continuous,

— Radon demultiple,

— Surface consistent deconvolution,

— Surface consistent amplitude compensation,

— Tau-p deconvolution,

— Kirchhoff prestack time migration,

— Residual moveout corrections,

— Trim statics,

— Generation of angle gathers,

— Generation of AVO attributes such as intercept, gradient and other AVO attributes.
