Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: Surrey County Council acting as a central purchasing body intends to conclude a Framework Agreement which will entitle the potential use by any of the District and Borough Councils within the County of Surrey, Police Authority, Primary Care Trust and other health related organisations (and their successors) within the County of Surrey from time to time, each to award a specific contract (call-off contract) based on the Framework Agreement for their own geographical area.

Surrey County Council on behalf of itself and the bodies listed in section II.1.2 is seeking expressions of interest from organisations wishing to participate in a framework agreement for the provision of taxi transport services. The taxi transport services required in phase two are comprised of 3 lots as set out below:-.
Lot 1 - Zone three: Runnymede and Spelthorne.
Lot 2 - Zone four: Woking and Surrey Heath.
Lot 3 - zone five: Guildford and Waverley.

The Surrey Taxi Transport Services Framework phase two will cover taxi transport services for the functions and activities of the Contracting Authority. The phase two framework will comprise a total of 3 lots.
The service lot title is a general description of the service type.
Lot 1 - zone 3 - Runnymede&Spelthorne.
Lot 2 - zone 4 - Woking&Surrey Heath.
Lot 3 - zone 5 - Guildford&Waverley.
Organisations are invited to register an interest in one or more service lots and must follow the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire instructions and submit the required details and information for each service lot for which they have registered an interest.

Estimated total value of purchases stated in section II.1.4 is for the entire duration of the framework agreement estimated cost excluding VAT (Note the estimated spend over the framework period is not guaranteed or warranted).
The duration in months: The contract will be for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for further period of 12 months stated in section II.3) is from the commencement date of the Framework Agreement.
The number of participants envisaged under section II.1.4 relates to all of the Lots collectively.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Surrey County Council will incorporate a minimum of 10 calendar day standstill period at the point of award of the agreement is communicated to Tenderers prior to an appeal regarding the award of the agreement has not been successfully resolved the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provide for the aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm but a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
