Dublin City Council invites tenders for the provision of on going maintenance services for traffic management and related equipment and the provision of such services as may be required for these and related maintenance purposes for a minimum five year period commencing May 1st, 2012 with an option to extend the contract for a further three years if both parties agree.

Dublin City Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 1997, 2003. It will be a condition for the award of any contract by Dublin City Council that the successful Tenderer and all sub-contractors produce a valid Tax Clearance Certificate or C2 Certificate from the Revenue Commissioners. In the case of a non-resident Tenderer, a statement of suitability from the Revenue Commissioners will be required.

Suppliers must register their interest on the etenders web site in order to be included on the mailing list for clarifications.
