Term service contract for lifts (passenger, goods, platform and stairlifts) over 12 Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust sites across the county. The Trust is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified suppliers to enter into a contract agreement for undertaking the works.

The Buckinghamsire Healthcare NHS Trust controls approximately 45 passenger, goods, platform and stairlifts across the county. The contract scope of work includes undertaking planned maintenance works and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency cover able to attend any location within the prescribed times.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Successful pre-qualification will be based on evaluation of the PQQ against a weighted scoring matrix and those operators achieving the highest scores will be invited to tender. It is envisaged that 6 operators will be invited to tender.

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust reserves the right not to award the contract. The tender and all supporting information shall be in english and priced in pounds sterling. Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust will not be liable for any costs incurred by interested parties in either the pre-qualification or tender and award process. Candidates wishing to be considered for this contract should send an expression of interset to Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust c/o Mottram Associates address as per Annex A by the closing date specified in Section IV.3.3. A pre qualification questionnaire will be issued.
