We are seeking submissions from professional consultancy firms to provide the necessary design, tendering, refurbishment/fit-out, handover/occupancy expertise and supervision to complete all elements of the project.

The Central Bank of Ireland intends to place a single supplier framework agreement which will be divided into nine (9) lots for the period of four (4) years, for consultancy services to design and manage all element of a refurbishment and/or fit out project of a city centre office block(s).
